Cancellation fees will be processed for all no show clients as well if clients cancel with less than a 7 day notice. This allows our Professionals to have the opportunity to get other clients moved up in the schedule. And to ensure they are not at a loss of any wages. There is no guarantee our professionals will be able to fill the spot you once occupied. Our professionals are highly trained and their time is valuable. You will be charged for the entire booked time. Please make sure you can commit fully to each appointment prior to booking and make all arrangements prior to your appointment to accommodate for child care, and all other matters that could arise. We want all of our clients to be at ease during their pampering time. Prices are based on each professional. Hourly rates based on their level of experience. Those prices are assigned to them by the owner of Cash Salon Co. Each client is only allowed one no-show before they are unable to book with us in the future. But they will still be charged full price for the no-show appointment. To overturn this they must appeal and be sponsored by another client in good standing and be first approved by the professional they were first booked with; the final decision will to reinstate will be decided by Cash Salon Co.
